- 2 corn cobs under vacuum
- Barbecue sauce (see recipe)
- 6 wooden skewers
- Olive oil
- Fleur de sel
Corn lollipop à la plancha with barbecue sauce
- Place the corn cut in 3 with 1 skewer on the plancha with some olive oil.
- Grill them 12 minutes by turning regularly.
- Season with fleur de sel at the end of cooking and serve with the barbecue sauce.
