  • 2 corn cobs under vacuum
  • Barbecue sauce (see recipe)
  • 6 wooden skewers
  • Olive oil
  • Fleur de sel

Corn lollipop à la plancha with barbecue sauce

  • Place the corn cut in 3 with 1 skewer on the plancha with some olive oil.
  • Grill them 12 minutes by turning regularly.
  • Season with fleur de sel at the end of cooking and serve with the barbecue sauce.
